Message	when power is supplied the relay switches over. so what was "normally closed" (ie making i circuit) is now "open" (ie breaking the circuit). with key in acc/on, the light will be off. with key in acc/off, the light will be on. and you need switched power and non switched power. and ground. and a blinking LED. or a blinking LED circuit and a regular LED. and some wire. and heat shrink(?). but definently some electrical tape.
